Designed specifically for the high school & collegiate athlete in all sport, Synergy Sport Performance Training utilizes the Kinesis Movement System that enhances strength, speed, explosive power, rotational power, balance, agility, flexibility and overall endurance. Each athlete is assessed in the areas of body fat, girth measurements, flexibility, strength and aerobic capacity. Individualized goals are set and training protocols established to achieve those goals. This program is offered currently two times per week and athletes are encouraged to participate in both sessions for maximum results.
Alison Taglianetti, BS, NSCA~CPT, is director of this program. Alison served as Director of Sport Performance at UPMC and has trained athletes from the Pros through Middle School. She has worked extensively with collegiate athletes preparing for the combines in football and hockey. Her passion lies in training high school athletes to discover their true potential as well as in educating her athletes to effective & safe training protocols.

Athletes in the Synergy program are required to attend a least two sessions per week. Athletes are NOT required to be a member at Complete Fitness in order to attend. The session currently offered: Saturdays: 3:30pm to 5pm Cost: 8 Session Package: $160.
