• Synergy requires a valid credit card or Synergy Gift Card to reserve multiple appointments.
• Clients who must cancel or reschedule an appointment must do so at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment to avoid the cancellation feel of 100% of the booked service.  Multiple services and packages must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid the cancellation fee of 100% of the booked services.  Clients using a Synergy gift card must also cancel within the required time frame or the booked services will be deducted from the gift card.
• Gift Cards are available for all Synergy products & services.  They are not transferable and can not be redeemed for cash.  Discounted gift cards can not be used for discounted services or spa-saver specials.  All gift cards maintain a one-year from date of purchase expiration date.
• We can no longer accept Synergy Gift Cards bearing the Galleria Mall address.
• Timeliness is essential to ensure the effectiveness of all Synergy spa services.  We encourage you to arrive at least 15-minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.  Out of respect and consideration for others, late arrivals may be subject to an abbreviated service at the reserved service cost.
• Cellular phones are not permitted within the spa areas.  Please be sure to turn off your cell when entering synergy to preserve the peace and leave the hecticness of the world outside our doors.
• Communicate with us!  Talking with your spa therapist will help them to customize your  services to ensure your maximum enjoyment.
